Emily holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Women’s Studies and is a Certified Health Coach and NASM Certified Fitness Trainer. Navigating her own health challenges drove Emily to develop an educational program for women as they face new challenges that come with an aging reproductive system. The program, built on insights from neuroscience principles, illuminates the path through pre, peri, menopause and post menopause making the transition a bit clearer and more manageable. She provides practical and actionable guidance for nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep and hormone balance. It is designed to help women find a sustainable balance for a long, strong, healthy and happy life.
