Elena Maria is a certified sound healing practitioner, colorful artist and mental health advocate trained in Peer Support, who benefited greatly from the healing powers of community on her own recovery journey. She plays the Quartz Crystal-Bowls with loving intention and compassion,and holds space for women to express themselves. Elena hosts a variety of events that combine the healing modalities of art, sound and community- bringing people together for personal growth and well-being.
