Eileen has almost 20 years experience supporting community change makers in Scotland to test and grow their ideas. In 2015 she founded Appetite for Change, an annual Festive Feast for families in Edinburgh who are using local support organisations. Eileen is passionate about the power of connections and a big part of her work is facilitating the creation of meaningful networks. She loves the magic that can happen when you get a random bunch of people together!
