Dr. Jennifer Capeheart-Meningall is the Founder and Senior Executive Consultant for EpiphanyLeads, a comprehensive coaching and consulting practice with a distinctive expertise, experience, and emphasis in churches, not-for-profit organizations, and agencies. EpiphanyLeads’ vision is to ascertain, advance, and actualize outcomes in not-for-profit organizations and individuals. She has served on governing and advisory boards, national professional organizations, faith-based organizations and community grassroots organizations. Prior to EpiphanyLeads, Dr. Meningall served for 20 years in higher education institutions, thirteen of those years as Vice President. She has gained considerable experience in leadership and personal development, planning, strategy development and execution, staff training and development, change management and administration in public and private institutions and churches. Currently, Dr. Meningall, an ordained minister since 1998, is currently serving as Administrative Pastor at the Bible-Based Fellowship Church of Temple Terrace in Tampa Florida. Leadership – Provided leadership in organizational visioning and re-structure, strategy planning, program evaluation and assessment, goal actualization, professional and leadership development. Managed hundreds of people and millions in budgets. Planned, organized and conducted seminars, workshops, and conferences. Project Development and Management - Planned, organized, managed and executed various projects to fulfill vision and mission for organizations. Projects included: organizational re-visioning; administrative/staffing restructure; and multiple building and construction projects. Coaching and Development – Served as a collaborative partner with churches, higher education institutions, and community organizations to train and equip leaders for service; and taught and trained in personal development and leadership effectiveness. Dr. Meningall has an earned Doctor of Education Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Teacher’s College/ Columbia University in New York, New York.
