I am a former foster youth who had devastating odds. My brother was beaten by my father and was paralyzed by the age of 2 years old. He couldn't walk or talk, and died as a result of his injuries. In my youth, I struggled with chronic bullying, continuous sexual abuse, and as a result, suffered from PTSD, social anxiety, and a negative zero self-esteem. Through it all, I was able to learn to love myself, create successful businesses and make some big 'impossible' dreams come true. I am currently a Sex, Love and Relationships Coach, a published author, Transformational Speaker and have worked with Keke Palmer, Meagan Good, and many others on behalf of the foster care community. I want people to know that self-love is the key to changing their lives, and I also provide my tips on how to create self-love even when you've never experienced unconditional love.
