Dr. Erika Nichols Henderson is an educational consultant and literacy leader with over 26 years of experience serving learners from kindergarten through adult education. Through E320 Consulting LLC, she equips middle and high school educators with joyful, research-informed literacy practices that build belonging and support student success. Her work combines culturally responsive pedagogy, youth development, and classroom-ready tools educators can use immediately. Dr. Erika has served as a master teacher, instructional coach, school leader (AP & principal roles), and youth pastor, and has partnered with schools and districts in Memphis, Atlanta, Chicago, and Jackson. E320 Consulting delivers training, webinars, and resources for grades 6–12 schools, districts, and learning communities.
