I am a full spectrum doula meaning I service clients through fertility, pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum, families coping with trauma, miscarriages, abortions and any other loss. I am a reiki master, certified trauma healer, life coach, yoga instructor, chef, wellness advocate, community advocate and a genuine soul working her way through a human experience. I absolutely love crafts, spending time with family, assisting with births, postpartum care, cooking and filling my brain with valuable facts on any and everything. I’m a wife, mother of 4 daughters, former corporate America worker and pure lover of people. I was often told as a child I live in a fantasy world
