I serve as Executive Pastor at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Pensacola, FL. I have worked with church planters, missionaries and business leaders on five different continents from Anchorage, Alaska to Zerbst, Germany. My greatest joy is helping leaders and their teams overcome barriers, frustrations and obstacles to fully experience their best future.In 2019, I achieved the level of Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I’m also a certified coach with GiANT Worldwide and certified in 5 Voices and 100X Leadership. I transitioned to ministry mid-career after 15 years in software development in the financial services sector.My wife and I have three grown children and six grandchildren.
