I have worked in the Complementary Health Profession since 1996 practising for many years as an Aromatherapist & now as a Mindfulness Teacher & Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.My career has been one dedicated to helping others feel better. I run a 8 week Mindfulness course as well as informal 'drop in' Mindfulness sessions. The course and the informal sessions are delivered in an entirely secular way so open to people of all faiths and no faith.Practicing mindfulness regularly can bring more calm, clarity, and resilience into your life. It can help with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and even physical tension—because when we’re more present, we’re less likely to carry around the weight of what’s already happened or worry about what hasn’t.
