During the ceremony you will be immersed in sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls,Tibetan bowls, gongs and other instruments to give your nervous system time to relax so your conscience mind can quiet itself and the body can rejuvenate and restore to a place homeostasis. Please bring anything you need to be comfortable laying on the floor. There are limited props and blankets available in the studio. Doors open at 630pm Doors close at 645pm Ceremony begins 7pm
