The worst event ever!! Dogwood Arts Festival has always been open to everyone. Having it at the World's Fair excluded many people in a wheel chair like me. My chair will not and is not meant to go in the grass. I love looking at all the art/craft displays. I usually end up buying something. PLEASE MOVE IT back to level/flat ground. Where all can enjoy. Needing Tickets? That was a joke. Some people do not have online to order tickets. My Aunt, and several very good friends do not have online access, t's not within their budget. The festival was meant to be family friendly and enjoyed by all..It use to last longer than a weekend..
