Dr. Karockas Watkins "Doc Rock" is President and CEO of Ability Plus Inc and President and CEO of Vision Excellence Company. He holds a doctorate of Philosophy and Theology as well as a Masters in Theology from the North Carolina College of Theology. Dr. Watkins also holds a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Graduate Certificate in Business Excellence from Vanderbilt University. He Has served in Leadership Positions with General Motors and IBM for over 10 years. Dr. Watkins has facillitated leadership training in over 20 countries around the world and has also served in the executive leadership capacity with International Covenant Ministry & Emmanuel Church for over 20 years.
