Gabrielle is a founder member of Plush Theatre Productions. She has appeared in all of their shows. She trained as an actor at Trinty and has both performed and produced theatrical work for almost 3 decades. She has a PG in Theatre in Education (TCD) and experiences over 25 years in the development and enactment of educationally focused theatre pieces. She has taught adult drama classes at Rathmines College for over 17 years. She is committed to using drama and its techniques to increase the confidence and knowledge of all abilities, having experienced that transformation in her own life and been witness to the opportunities that drama can provide. She is a passionate believer in the power of drama to transform individuals and build communities. I have worked with community groups, and have seen the healing and good that artistic expression can bring to all types of people, both young and not so young. She served on the Artists Panel for Dublin City Council and is currently an artist in residence for DLR.
