La Fe Solutions' Design and Wellness Center offers a broad range of holistic modalities that are uniquely designed to promote health and wellness! Our center was founded by health and wellness expert, spirituality coach, yoga and meditation teacher and Reiki teacher and Master, Dr. Melissa Knight, PHD, RN, MSN, CNE. Under her guidance and supervision, our services are centered on solid and research-based practices of yoga, meditation, Reiki and health and wellness coaching and spiritual life coaching. We’ve created a warm, relaxing and online healing environment that is welcoming to people of all ages of the community including groups and teams.
