Austen Victoria began her journey in the beauty industry nine years ago as a makeup artist at The University of Alabama. After completing her undergrad, Austen relocated to Atlanta to establish a salon and continue pursuing her passion for skin and all its layers.In 2022, Austen graduated Magna Cumlaude from the Paul Mitchell School, becoming a licensed esthetician. With a mastery of skill and experience, she expanded her offerings to include both artistry and esthetician services, but for Austen, it's always been much deeper than skin.As a woman of color, Austen recognized the disparity existing within the beauty space and believes that the external state of the skin is typically a reflection of what's happening within. Correlating healthy skin to a healthy self, Austen established DermaGlow to address the comprehensive needs of minority women. Building on that passion, she launched AromaHaus in 2022 to support other artists, influencers, and creators in amplifying their brand expression and enabling more diverse representation.
