Deep Ellum Community Association

The Deep Ellum Community Association (DECA) is a nonprofit organization operating in the Deep Ellum neighborhood of Dallas since 1992.DECA exists to preserve and advance the neighborhood's culture and commerce, to inspire and develop a harmonious community, and to foster a safe and welcoming environment in the "soul of Dallas".Projects of DECA include the Deep Ellum Community Arts Fair, the Deep Ellum Community Center, the Deep Ellum Outdoor Market, the Deep Ellum Urban Garden, and much, much more.
