Based in Decatur, GA, Dawn-Breakers is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, open-membership, community-based club.Beyond its commitment to member development, the club is deeply rooted in community service. For the past six years, it has led an Annual Coat Drive benefiting children and youth in Georgia’s foster care system—an effort formally recognized by Governor Brian Kemp in 2025.
