Young Black & Outside (YBO) connects over 1,000 Black individuals in their 20s and 30s through outdoor adventures and community events. Led by Dare, an Inglewood-based NOLS-certified leader, former beekeeper, international traveler, and passionate elementary/middle school teacher, YBO breaks barriers by creating a safe space for young Black professionals to explore nature and build connections. With experience leading national park trips and serving in the Rotaract Club, Darian emphasizes community empowerment and holistic wellness.
