I'm a licensed therapist and approved clinical supervisor in the state of Maryland. I opened my own practice, Branches of Life, LLC in 2016 because I wanted to help people navigate life in more fulfilling ways. I precisely wanted to give couples the tools they needed to be the husbands and wives they want to be. Through teaching at a local university and guiding my Branches of Life clinician family through changes, blocks, and self-reflection, I found my real calling. I now help other clinicians step into their authenticity by creating safety and freedom within themselves and their practices. I challenge their views, thoughts, and opinions on perfectionism and self-limiting beliefs so they can flourish.
