We believe that sharing best practices and acknowledging failings are steps towards a more inclusive society.What We DoVoice for the Voiceless: We stand up for those often overlooked—be it ethnic minorities facing exclusion, women striving for equitable workplaces, or vulnerable groups needing a louder voice.Building Bridges: We create platforms for community groups to highlight their unique challenges and facilitate connections between organisations eager to support these causes but lacking the necessary resources or knowledge.Training and Development: Through targeted training, we empower businesses to adopt fair recruitment and workplace practices. Additionally, we guide public sector bodies towards compliance with pivotal legislation such as The Wellbeing of Future Generations Act 2015 and The Race Equality Act 2010, aligning with the latest standards like The Public Service Duty 2022 and the Wales Anti-Racist Action Plan.Our PartnershipsOur collaborative approach includes projects with universities, banks, Welsh government-funded initiatives, public sector bodies, charities, and more.
