My name is Timothy McMillian, I am veteran of the Marine Corps. I had trouble choosing between the plethora of NYE 2024 parties available in the Downtown Dallas area. There were many options, but my concern would be which one would really suit my needs, as I intended to propose to my girlfriend of 10 years and business partner. Without a doubt, I chose the best venue for this memorable occasion. The Southside ballroom was decorated, large, and ready to take in thousands for this amazing evening. I attended the event, ring-in-pocket, with no warning to the staff of what I wanted to do or better yet, ask them to do! I did know I wanted some attention to fully encircle the moment for my future fiancée. I approached and asked the bar on the second floor with the balcony and the bartender went out of his way to help and ask the manager and the DJ team if they would allow/assist in helping me to take the stage and ask for the hand!
