Cydny A. Neville

Cydny A. Neville is the Owner of Cydny Consults (for profit) and Founder of the Neville Empowerment Network, Inc. (nonprofit).  She has over a decade of experience working with agencies across Northern Virginia, to enhance the lives of youth; and nearly two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector.  A certified master’s level English teacher, Philanthropist, Change Agent, and Community Advocate, she has a wealth of experience facilitating community outreach programs throughout the Commonwealth. Ms. Neville also hones experience of developing, managing, and maintaining community partnerships to enhance programming for area non-profits, as well as establishing partnerships in the community to improve the outreach efforts on the local government level, facilitating parenting classes, prevention outreach, as well as writing and managing grants (small scale to Federal level), and developing programmatic grants based on community needs assessments. Cydny A, Neville currently resides in Prince William County with her son, Amir Nehemiah.  Of all of her titles and accomplishments, being a mother is by far, the one that brings her the most joy!  When she is not working in her purpose, enhancing the world around her, she enjoys: nature, photography, dancing, meditating, and painting – she has a natural love and appreciation of the arts.
