Follow CWAT - Community Workforce Action TeamCWAT meets monthly in a town hall type setting. The format of the meeting is that employers introduce themselves first and share their hiring needs. Job seekers then follow, sharing a brief elevator speech. Finally, any new entities (non-profits/third party) attending for the first time introduce themselves. Networking follows for about an hour. Networking continues long after the monthly meeting as many virtual introductions are made on line and employers continue to send their hiring needs to the CWAT email administrator, who then disseminates the information to the CWAT community.
