Since stepping into her first Executive Director role in 1995, she has served a wide range of nonprofit organizations, always guided by her deep commitment to community well-being, sustainable leadership, and building high-performing teams.Crystal holds a diploma in Social Sciences and currently leads as the Executive Director of Lacombe & District Family and Community Support Services. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that healthy teams are the heart of impactful missions—and that sustainable, people-focused cultures drive long-term success.A passionate speaker and workshop facilitator, Crystal has spent over 30 years delivering dynamic training sessions across Alberta, including in Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, and throughout Central Alberta.
