Cross Cardio è una società che ha come obiettivo quello di creare una rete di trainer con ottime competenze tecnico-professionali. Nasce nel giugno 2015 e da 3 anni organizza formazioni in Italia, Europa e Sud America per formare nuovi trainer. Ad oggi abbiamo formato più 1.300 trainers, e stiamo incontrando sempre più il favore di chi abbraccia a 360° il concetto di fitness e di allenamento funzionale, inteso come il miglioramento globale dell’individuo.Cross Cardio is a company that aims to create a network of trainers with excellent technical and professional skills. It was founded in June 2015 and has been organizing training courses in Italy, Europe and South America for 3 years to train new trainers. To date, we have trained more than 1.300 trainers, and we are increasingly meeting the favor of those who embrace 360 degrees the concept of fitness and functional training, understood as the overall improvement of the individual.
