The work ethic, talent and ingenuity of the Waterman, seafood producers, farmers, craftsman and the families who built the City of Crisfield, continues today though the workforce and business owners of Crisfield and the surrounding areas.For forty years, the Chamber has been instrumental in promoting the benefits, attractions and peaceful lifestyle of this quiet, waterfront town in Somerset County. Working with the community, the Chamber has brought forth Nationally recognized events such as the J. Millard Tawes Crab & Clam Bake and the National Hard Crab Derby & Fair.
