Established in 2015 by Dr. Zipporah Levi-Shackleford, the Creative Approach Development Center (CADC) was born out of personal experience and a desire for change. As a sibling to a brother with mental health challenges and now a mother to children with disabilities, Dr. Levi-Shackleford has encountered numerous barriers while seeking services for her family. Frustrated by the lack of options and resources, she embarked on a mission to create an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and challenges. At CADC, we believe in developing personalized goals for independence, centered around individual preferences and choices.
