The guest talks and Q/A were excellent. I felt there were not enough venders which I know does not fall directly under the show umbrella. When I did have questions the staff responded quickly and if they did not know the answer knew who to ask and got a quick answer. All were cheerful and did not seem being asked questions no matter what other task they were doing, a A+ on customer service. Was the first Trek con I have attended so did not know what to expect, I do feel I will attend another in the future Since i cant give a half star I actually give it a 4.5 Walter Panasiuk
