Founded 2005, CRCD strives to improve local planning, development, and community services that address the needs of low-income residents in South Los Angeles by linking more than 5,000 residents to youth programs, jobs, education resources, and affordable, permanent supportive housing. CRCD is the lead agency serving and coordinating services for youth experiencing homelessness in South LA and removing barriers to individuals seeking employment.
