Tea Talks & Tiny Stitches is a healing space. A space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel safe to express emotion and creativity.As a Navy veteran and Caribbean creative, I know what it means to carry pressure, to constantly move, to survive. Crochet and art became my medicine a way to ground, reflect, and reclaim parts of myself I’d put aside. Now, I use those tools to help others. To guide people back to themselves through fiber, breath, and storytelling. I believe that in every stitch, there is restoration.
