I really enjoyed the bat monitoring event. It was very interesting and I learned so many new things about bats. I also found it interesting to see the technology used, which alerted us to the presence of bats and identified what type of bats were being seen. It was a cool evening! Be prepared for bugs… I am so glad I had a net hat. (Headlamps were never used.)
