Cottage Home Neighborhood Association, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, was formed in 1984 and remainsone of the city’s most active neighborhood groups. CHNA holds fundraisers such asBlock PartyandHome & Garden Tourto pay for neighborhood improvement and maintenance projects.
