Our mission is to promote success in learning and life through quality leadership, programs and services.Every fall, CCCOE hosts the county's annual Teachers of the Year celebration. 22 top teachers from 18 school districts, CCCOE, and the Contra Costa Community College District are celebrated and honored at a gala event.
