We're California's leading grassroots advocates, organizers, and mobilizers for Reparations and Reparative Justice.In 2019 we got offline and on the ground to acheive Reparations and Reparative Justice for Californian's who descend from formerly enslaved people who were emanicpated from Chattel Slavery in the U.S. (American Freedmen). In 2020, we worked hard alongside Assemblymember Dr. Shirley Weber to develop, strengthen and pass AB - 3121, the state law that created America's first-in-the-nation Task Force to Study and Develop Reparations Proposals.Now, we're working to build strong public and community support in California for California Reparations through regular community outreach/inreach and education, and creates and enact strong Reparations and Reparative Justice policy.
