C4CC'smission is to reduce the population of feral, stray and free-roaming cats through public education, TNR (Trap, Neuter and Return), and support of groups and individuals who manage abandoned cats and colonies.As anall-volunteer,non-profit group, we provide low-coast spay/neuter vouchers andsponsor the first-Sunday-of-the-month community cat clinic at the Sacramento SPCA.C4CC relies on donations, grants and funds raised from its annual Feral Cat Walk to subsidize the costs of these services.
