Hello, my name is Clayton. I grew up in Australia, which is famous for having a diverse array of world cuisines. I have been living in Tokyo since 2001, and have been hosting parties for friends at the beautiful Mizumoto Park from the beginning of my journey here. In 2011, I was introduced to the art of smoking food by a specialty shop owner in the Kappabashi Kitchenware District. After many years of studying various cooking skills from around the world, including the French method of sous vide water immersion cooking, and American regional barbecue skills, I opened my restaurant in Downtown Tokyo. The focus was on 100% hand-made dishes, including gourmet sausages, and low-and-slow cooked meats such as 18-hour smoked pulled pork, as well as several other international cuisines. Many of my loyal customers have become long-time friends, and together we formed the OMG BBQ Club. The events are always fun, and the food is awesome! Once you try it you will be a big fan too!
