Classical Revolution has been presenting live chamber music events in the Bay Area since 2006.Founded in the Mission District at Revolution Cafe,Classical Rev has presented over 1200 shows that have taken place in more than 120 Bay Area venues, from small clubs like Amnesia and Viracocha to larger venues like Yoshi's SF and Freight & SalvageSpecializing in performance environments closer to rock venues than concert halls,the CR modeal has spread to over 30 cties around the world.Recognition of CR's efforts have been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, the Economist, Classical KDFC, and a cover story on the 2012 SF Weekly Fall Arts Guide.
