Christopher Community, Inc. is a nonprofit housing organization dedicated to developing and managing safe, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income individuals and families. Founded in 1971, our mission is rooted in the belief that all people deserve dignity, independence, and the opportunity to thrive.We currently oversee more than 3,000 affordable housing units across Central and Upstate New York, serving seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families in need of stability. Our model combines affordable housing with supportive services, ensuring residents have access to the resources that promote health, independence, and long-term success.Each year, Christopher Community provides a safe home for more than 5,000 residents while strengthening the neighborhoods where we operate.
