The Central Western New York Board of Approved Soccer Officials ("CWNYBASO") is a sanctioned referee organization through the NYSPHAA.The NEW High School Soccer Referee Class will provide you with all of the tools and information you will need to start officiating high school junior varsity and varsity competitions in our area (Section V).
