Truly disappointing. The food was mostly pre-packaged, with little if any made by the banquet hall. The chicken was processed and previously frozen, the beef was stringy and tough, the pasta was like mush, the waffles were store-bought, the deserts were from either Loblaws, Costco or Tim Hortons, the shrimp, muscles and seafood melange were from China, India or some other country where human exploitation is the norm . You can buy any of the cold cuts at no Frills. The coffee didn't taste like coffee. We were told that the facility was in a pretty area and had a wonderful view. It turned out that the venue was in an industrial mall. The table we were sat at was beside the musicians' speakers so you could not talk to other guests at the 10 plus seat tables. Although stating the meal started at 1 pm. it wasn't until 1:30 that they began announcing which of the 17 tables could go up to the buffet first. There was no one taking away empty plates from the table but there was a server assigned to each hot plate to
