Choices Coordinated Care Solutions is a national non-profit organization committed to supporting youth with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.Our state partnerships support a diverse group, including youth with behavioral and mental health needs and their families, individuals with substance use disorders, youth and families in the foster care system, and new mothers in need of services for themselves and their babies.
