About CIEFChina Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair (the CIEF) is a platform-based, open, and hub-type international innovation and entrepreneurship achievement brand event under the guidance of national innovation and entrepreneurship strategies. The CIEF is co-organized by China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), China National Development and Reform Commission, Chinese Academy of Engineering, Central Committee of Jiusan Society, and Guangdong Provincial Government, Guangzhou Municipal Government, and is co-hosted by China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair Office, Service Center for Enterprise Innovation of CAST, International Data Group (IDG Asia), and Global Tech Base.The theme of CIEF 2020 is “Digital Transformation, Pioneering Innovation”. A total of more than 2,000 products or projects will be exhibited on CIEF’s online platform, of which overseas exhibitors will mainly come from Europe and other countries in Asia, with themes of future science and technology, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, health care, entrepreneurship development, talent management, innovation service, etc. Academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, industry experts in China and abroad, the world’s top enterprise seniors and other guests will participate; Besides, other activities like the "China's top 50 incubators", "the Future" Innovation Award Evaluation, China's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ceremony, China's Innovative Product Launches, Global Media Conferences, Project Docking and Trading Activities will also be set during the same period. Guangzhou, and even China, strives to create a national, international, all-around, full-chain scientific and technological achievement transforming and transaction service platform, which is of the entrepreneurship and innovation atmosphere among the crowd, promoting the collaborative innovation of industry, university, and research.
