I am a corporate product manager turned women's coach, tribe curator, ecstatic dance host, & business mentor. I empower women to unlock their feminine power, uncover their Ikigai (that one thing you love, that you are great at, that you can be paid for, that the world needs), and lead their businesses with expanded consciousness, passion and purpose. When passion-filled purpose-driven women come together, energy skyrockets. Flow states deepen. Souls ignite. & Self expression becomes unapologetically authentic.  Previously Chelsae spent three years working for IBM as a strategy consultant and a product manager, starting in IBM's digital Sports and Entertainment advertising agency, and then moving into IBM Security, developing services in the financial sector. On the side, she runs Design Thinking sessions for entrepreneurs and manages operations for the philanthropic organization, Brawl for a Cause. She is currently living in Bali running a co-living space called Evolve, which facilitates the personal transformation of nomadic travelers.
