How good can it get? What are the limits of of what we can enjoy in this life? What makes life worth sharing, enyoing, and living? I don't have the answers to all of it, but I drem to contribute with one evening, one meal where the best possible experience, in sharing with friends and family, in awesome food and beutiful time can be enjoyed, and treasured.My craft is Mexican food, and all things grilled. Is the fire we gather around, the food we share that break barrier to connect and make community. I founded several restaurants in Tampa, including more famously Taco Bus and Taqueria Monterrey. After I sold them Im focousing my energies in smaller, meaningiful experiences thru events like UMO Open Fire Festival, The wild mushroom experience, the Mexican Independence Dinner and few other special event dinners. Along side with a food truck "Rene's Mexican Kiitchen" while we are building a brick and mortar that we hope to be open by next year. Hope you join us.
