Committee Established to explore possibility for a new Multipurpose Facility at Charlton Park The new building project will provide the first sports and recreation infrastructure (bricks & mortar) for Charlton for 50 years other than the stadium constructed in conjunction with the Department of Education many years ago The facilities at Charlton Park were flooded in Jan 11 Floods, but are also very old and past their use-by date and will require increasing maintenance
