Charlie Vergos is a Memphis-born comedian who started stand-up in 2009 and spent the next 11 years bouncing around the comedy scenes of New Orleans, Cape Town, Chicago, and Brooklyn before moving back to Memphis during the pandemic outbreak. He's worked for The Onion, and performed all over including prestigious festivals such as Limestone, Laughing Skull, among others, and a full run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. His album, "Barbecue Rich" debuted at #1 on Apple Music in 2020.Though he continues to work the road as a touring comic, he also produces comedy shows around Memphis, including a weekly Tuesday showcase at High Cotton Brewing and hosting a weekly Wednesday open mic at the Lamplighter Lounge.
