Follow Charlie Elliott Wildlife CenterThe 6,400-acre Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center, managed by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, offers a variety of activities and programs. This area is centrally located in the state in a beautiful wooded setting near Mansfield, Georgia, making it easily accessible from Atlanta, Athens and Macon. The mission of CEWC is to offer a comprehensive wildlife education program and provide hunting, fishing, and other wildlife related recreational opportunities, while at the same time managing for a wide variety of wildlife habitats. CEWC also strives to instruct Georgia's youth and adults about wildlife, natural resources, and the outdoors in order to help them become wise stewards of the environment.
