enjoyable, passion of cast was wonderful, loved the amusing sound effects, some of the actors got a bit shrill and high-pitched when excited so I found i hard to understand them (the lovely young shop assistant to Rita) and some of the humour was lame. Overall though, thoroughly enjoyable and ligh-hearted fun. Very true to life - the conversations, the gossip - I really enjoyed the quick change of character by the same actors - good use of space and props. Would have been easier to watch had there been a bit of a stage as it was hard to see from further back in the pews of the church but I could hear the voices so that kept me up with what was happening. Well done to everyone and the scriptwriter. A very enjoyable night out. I look forward to more play-readings. The community spirit was really lovely and the church atmosphere added to it all
