Tiffany Donovan is an innovative business entrepreneur who, along with her husband Matt, started Oklahoma’s first rage and splatter entertainment facility!Tiffany hails from Southeast Texas, where she attended Port Neches-Groves High School and Lamar State College, where she earned her degree in Business Administration. She moved to Oklahoma in 2003 and currently lives in Edmond with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs.Tiffany left her career in Human Resources after 20 years of service in the construction and oil and gas industry to own and operate Chaos Factory (rebranded from Break Room 405). Throughout her career, she maintained the highest performance standards and continues to innovate and improve wherever she can. Her strengths in event coordination, training and development, employee relations and leadership have earned repeated commendations from the supervisors she has worked for.Determined to find alternative methods of therapy for their mentally challenged son in 2020, Tiffany and Matt stumbled upon information on “rage therapy”. As the story goes, Chaos Factory was soon after created and opened in August of 2021 to give people in all areas of life or situations, the opportunity to express themselves and release stress in a safe, liberating and positive environment.The concept is simple: destroy or paint everything without consequence or clean up! Experiences include Rage Rooms, Splatter Paint Rooms, Smash Alley and a Party Room for celebrations and corporate events.Chaos Factory has quickly become one of Oklahoma’s most exciting entertainment destinations. People have driven hours from the outskirts of Oklahoma and even out of state, just to come and experience everything that they have to offer. Tiffany believes that much of their success comes from word-of-mouth and the value of excellent customer care that everyone who walks through the door receives!Her favorite things include snuggling the dogs, traveling, karaoke, relaxing anywhere near water, coffee shops, reggae music and cocktails by the firepit. Self-described as an extroverted introvert, Tiffany enjoys connecting with people and hosting funny themed costume parties at her home and networking events through her business.
