Centre Point Sabah is situated in Kota Kinabalu, the capital of the State of Sabah. Situated just off the main coastal highway and within walking distance from the Central Business District. Centre Point Sabah is a one-stop shopping, dinning, office, car park and amusement complex serving the State Capital. This project was constructed on a 4.6 acres site in three phases. Phase I and II consisting of six levels of shopping area with a Department store and 400 other shops, 1380 car park bays on 6 levels, one floor of office space, one floor of entertainment area with 28 lines Bowling Centre, 8 rooms Cinema and Family Recreation Centre, were commenced operation on 24th July 1990. The final phase, consisting of Palm Square, an up-market retail establishment for branded goods and CPS Tower, an ultra modern office block with an 80ft. atrium, was completed in 1997.
